 By Fax: Download Ljb’s Order Form  and fill in your details including payment information and then fax through to us @ 08 8382 5937. Someone from our Fashion Sales Team will contact you to confirm your purchase.

We accept Visa and Master card. The only way to process your details is by calling us @ 08 8382 5803 where one of our Fashion Sales Team members will happily assist you.
 
Direct Banking: (in Australian Dollars)
Deposits can be made directly in Ljb Designs bank account. This can be done via the Internet, ATM or in person at the bank.
Please, use your full name as reference for your direct debit and then contact us at admin@ljb.com.au to advise us of payment. Once payment has been received then your goods will be posted out.

DOMESTIC (Australia wide)
 For all Postage/ Shipping Australia Wide We use Australia Post Express Bags.
This allows us to provide guaranteed next business day delivery, within the Express Post networks Australia wide with door-to-door delivery and a traceable way of ensuring delivering of your goods to you.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL
For all of our Postage/ Shipping overseas we use Australia Post Express Courier International.
*Express Courier International is a reliable, cost-effective, international courier service.
It offers reliable door-to-door delivery of goods within 2 to 4 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities and a tracking of your goods to you. However, we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
We recommend sending goods out in a 3kg bag as multiple products fit easily in this size bag.
Anymore then 3 items purchased we recommend a 5kg bag.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURNS POLICY
As we want you to love our clothes our guarantee is simple.
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products for any reason we will be happy to either exchange the item or credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.
Download our RETURNS FORM  and fill in the details provides and include it with the receipt that you receive with your parcel and indicate the reason for return.
*Goods must be returned within 7 days of order date, UNWORN and UNWASHED.
* Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods have any marks/stains, perfume smells or look’s worn in anyway.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour or item, please contact us via email admin@ljb.com.au or phone us @ 08 8382 5803 advising which item you wish to exchange.
*PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost en route to Ljb Designs. So please send your package via an insured and traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We recommend using Australia Post Express Bags.

Do you do appointments?
Unfortunately we are longer offer appointments in Adelaide. We are now only offering an online service. If you have any question about the fit of a garment or about our returns policy then read our size guide chart and our easy returns and exchange policy.
What are your opening hours?
Our Business hours are: Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.30pm (Central Australian time)
What payment methods do you accept?
There are many payment methods we accept, VISA, MasterCard, direct deposit, cheque and money order. All Payments are accepted in Australian dollars/currency only.
Do you have a shopping cart?
At this time we currently do not have a shopping cart system but we are in the process of offering this service.

What size do I order?
We suggest when choosing your size that you choose the same size you were before you became pregnant. If you where a size 10 pre pregnancy then order a size 10. If you want more information then email us at admin@ljb.com.au
SIZE GUIDE
CHOOSING YOUR SIZE
At Ljb we have designed each garment with our maternity fit. We have a range of styles to suit every pregnancy shape, from pre pregnancy through to the post pregnancy. All styles and fabrics are carefully designed with that in mine.
Ljb designs its ranges to flaunt off your shape with a more fitted look, while pregnant.
We suggest when choosing your size that you choose the same size you were before you became pregnant. IE: If you where a size 10 pre pregnancy then order a size 10.
MEASUREMENTS
We do have information about the measurements of our garments. For a more accurate fit for your shape take your bust and hips measurements. If you are not sure than contact us @ 08 8382 5803 and we will assist you further.
MULTIPLES
If you are expecting multiples we suggest when choosing your size that you choose the same size you were before you became pregnant. If you are not sure than contact us @ 08 8382 5803 and we will assist you with choosing a size.

STOCK AVAILABLILTY
We have a basic range of fashion that will be always be available. We may be out of stock of certain items, sizes or colours, due to high demand. Email us at wishlist@ljb.com.au and we will happily put a hold on a item and will contact you when the stock arrives.
*If by some unforeseen circumstances there may be a delay in deliveries of our stock, please allow 4-6 weeks if stock is unavailable. If you have any questions in regards to this please speak to our Fashion sales team at admin@ljb.com.au or by phone on 08 8382 5803.
